What is Amazon Locker:
A free service that allows customers to send their packages to a pickup location. In the US this service is called Amazon Locker.
design problems:
- Discoverability: Most customers don't know about amazon Locker.
- Usability: Most customers have difficulty using the search page.
- Understanding: Lack of clarity around how Locker works.
