Highlights from my time at Convoy
I spent almost 3 years working in product design for Convoy. It was an amazing experience. I executed end to end, led others through their work, mentored designers, managed design team mechanisms, and overall grew as a design leader. I learned to effectively exercise influence in business decisions, to develop and drive a vision cross-functionally, and to establish and influence better design processes across design and business teams. I also established so many relationships and partnered across so many disciplines to identify problems, establish goals, define requirements, and brainstorm ideas.
I shipped a lot of products, many from vision to launch but also small iterations along the way. I often started from generative research and defined the complex multi-user workflows before jumping into sketching and ideation.
