Survey Data Suggested

Only a handful of pages were viewed on a frequent basis, most sections of the site were viewed once a year if at all. People reported having a difficult time navigating and finding things on the site. Users found certain processes, such as membership and calendaring to be cumbersome.

Other Known Issues

Many interactive elements don’t provide feedback on rollover

Entire site is an image, making load times very slow

Important information is buried in the site architecture

Visual design is scattered, and heavily ornamented making things harder to find/comprehend
