Highlights from my time at Convoy

I spent almost 3 years working in product design and research for Convoy. It was an amazing experience. I shipped lots of products and defined complex multi-user workflows, many products from vision to launch. While I executed on work from end to end, I also learned to be a leader there, to exercise influence in business decisions, to develop and drive a vision cross-functionally, and to establish and influence better design processes across-teams.
I was also fortunate to get to established so many relationships, I partnered with them and solved problems with them across many disciplines. I worked closely with product managers and engineers, but also data scientists, pricing analysts, portfolio and account managers, sellers and shippers to identify problems, establish goals, define requirements.

Contract Analysis Rate Tool (CART) - Sept 2021
A bid management product that allows account owners to analyze and manage the shipper’s network, communicate the bid strategy to internal collaborators, and request and view pricing.
